If you encounter an issue where starting a lock down causes FloatBrowser to close automatically, please follow these steps to resolve it:
Upgrade to FloatBrowser Pro
- Make sure you have purchased the lifetime access of FloatBrowser, and you have never refunded it.
If you have refunded it ever, you need to purchase the lifetime access again.
- Make sure you have the latest FloatBrowser version (0.31)
- Click the FloatBrowser icon in the menu bar, you will see a menu list
- Click the "Work with Lockdown" menu item
- You will see an instruction window
- Click the "Get the New version of Standalone App" button first
- Click the step2 link on the instructions window, you will see a detailed instruction page, follow it carefully and closely. You will make it.
